Jan 1.-17, 2019 – we left Mitchelton, Australia on New Year’s day to head to Mapleton, a small, scenic town in the mountains. After a quick one-night stop, we moved to our next house-sit in Kilcoy, Australia. Find out why we absolutely loved it there and meet the two dogs, Nellie and Sonny!

Dec. 15-31, 2018: Our first stop in Australia was a small town just outside of Brisbane. We watched a cat named Bibi and were able to take several day-trips to nearby areas. Come explore some of the areas around Brisbane with us in today’s post!
As 2018 comes to a close, we wrapped up teaching in Hawaii before heading to Australia. Despite spending the entire month at two destinations that many people have on their bucket list, we were able to do it and come in $1700 under budget.
